BEGINNERS KETTLEBELL

WORKSHOP

Our introduction workshop will prepare you with the knowledge and skills to lifting kettlebells correctly so that your workouts are purposeful.

Learn the essential lifts and discover the benefits of the kettlebell gym. 

The kettlebell lifts delivered:

Swing (variation 1)

Clean

Press

Push Press

Squat

Half Get Up

All you require is basic exercise clothing, a water bottle and an optional towel.

All kettlebells are provided. You are welcome to bring your own.

After completion of the beginners workshop, you are entitled to your first months training HALF PRICE!
