Scheduled training classes available to attend at two locations in Aberdeen. 

All classes are open to all levels, once a beginners workshop has been completed, or after deomonstration of suitable kettlebell handing and understanding.

Treat a class as a part of your weekly workout regime or embrace the intention of becoming a well rounded kettlebell practitioner.


Scheduled training workshops for beginners, intermediate and advanced kettlebell lifting, each building on kettlebell handling and understanding. The beginners session is a requirement prior to attending classes.


         1-2-1 TRAINING


Private training sessions are available and a great way to introduce kettlebell training. All the focus is on the participant and progressing their abilities. 

These are also great for developing specific skills or to have a regular dedicated personal kettlebell session.



Group training sessions are available for one-offs or regular classes outwith our scheduled timetable.




Training with the kettlebell can have a sport specific end goal. Challenge yourself with training through progressions of time, reps and weight independantly or against others!

It's a classic stength endurance sport. KBA was among the start of the organised sport in the UK, hosted Scotland's first competitions and our lifters have competed internationally!



If kettlebell training is a passion and sharing the love interests you, then why not train to become an IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher?! Take your understanding to new heights as you master the basics and develop coaching skills. Certifications are achieved at organised events or as 1-2-1 with our IKFF Master Trainer.
