We are specialists in kettlebell lifting and take pride teaching others how to lift correctly so that the best results can be achieved when working out.
Our L1 workshop is the entry point to joining our classes. You will discover the essentials of kettlebell lifting and be confident handling the bell in preparation for working out.
Advanced L2 and L3 workshops run regularly and will progress your lifting when you are ready.
All workshops are 1 hour long and delivered in small groups (max. 8)
If you prefer, 1-2-1 training sessions are available too. These sessions are tailored to your requirements and ability.
