We are specialists in kettlebell lifting and take pride teaching others how to lift correctly so that the best results can be achieved when working out.

Our L1 workshop is the entry point to joining our classes. You will discover the essentials of kettlebell lifting and be confident handling the bell in preparation for working out.

Advanced L2 and L3 workshops run regularly and will progress your lifting when you are ready.

All workshops are 1 hour long and delivered in small groups (max. 8)

Oh, and if you are already confident in kettlebell lifting, you just need to let us know in advance and then join in!

If you prefer, 1-2-1 training sessions are available too. These sessions are tailored to your requirements and ability.

We understand there is a ton of training methodologies to make exercising fun and challenging, and we encourage a progressive training approach

Kettlebell lifting is a skill set to own and develop and we have various in-house Kettlebell Challenges which will encourage improved performance (of ability and fitness) and keep your training focused.

Open Gym

As you are now handy with a kettlebell, members benefit by joining Open Gym time. 

This is where you can train independently and work your own exercise routine.
